Software

The following GitHub repositories contain R packages that can be installed to implement models implemented in my research.

1. vglmer - This package can be used to estimate hierarchical models for linear, binomial, and count outcomes using fast variational inference. The associated papers can be found here and here.

2. FactorHet - This package can be used to estimate heterogeneous effects in factorial and conjoint experiments. The associated paper can be found here.
   
3. gKRLS - This package can be used to estimate kernel regularized least squares (kernel ridge regression) in a modular and flexible format that can include non-linear outcomes, multiple kernels, as well fixed or random effects. The paper can be found here.

Replication data for my papers can be usually found on the website or Dataverse of the relevant publications. For certain cases, the data is also hosted on my personal Dataverse that can be accessed here.
